60% rededast time sounds ne, but does that make Soul Fire worth using? It's damage in pre-3.1 isn't great.
yes it does make it worthwhileasting as it puts its DP above everything else. i'll probably test out affltion first. with my level of haste and thehange to affltion making it have less spells toast and more filler (SBdrain soul)ould be a goodombination. the soulfire 35% sps i've tried on the test realms, they're ne but with my haste I either have to stand at the absolute maximum range or at melee range otherwise it @#%^s up os Iast my spells to fast. lol

Soul Fire is tually good now, but too mhould pull agro off the tank? I think that's with any spell anyway though. I've pulled agro when spamming SB or Iinerate before. I've just heard that the pah happened today, but I'm unable to try out the new builds until maybe this weekend or next.
