If you want to kill things slower than you already do, then use this seal. You'll never die, but it will take forever to kill anything. As a Holy, use SoR.
If you are running short on mana, then use SoW. The mana benefit will allow you to heal yourself, whh will be more healing than SoLan give you. So SoW > SoL for a Holy Paladin. Ofourse, there areertain situations where SoL is useful, but those are few and far between.
I tend to use it when my healer is drinking or low on mana. With Light judged and the seal up it allows me to idle on the mob till the groupan get it (assuming I have already established agro). Judging wisdom is great to maintain a pe and not drink after every pull. These tts work well for my 37-45 instaes. EDIT: Also as a healer youan still judge your seals. All you have to do is swing oe every 20 s.
I have only rently started tanking, and thanks to Losie's eellent trhread I am on the way to urishable, so I haven't done a raid or hero yet, but soon hopefully I don't have a threat metre, no one in my usual band of instae runners does. There is a view (some hold it more than others) that all these add ons detrt from the game. I do have sosmos, but most of the add ons turned off, I like theo-ords and
a few other small things. Reading a little about the uominghanges sh as hand of salvation, it looks almost like a threat metre is mandatory to being a paladin tank now. Are Bliz foing us down this route? Should they not build in some of this futionality into the game? I hope I make sense and I'm not just jabbering on... thanks.
